Flavus is our two-room apartment and is located on the second floor of the building. It overlooks the inner courtyard and has a small balcony.

It has a large living area with an open kitchen, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a toilet.

In the living room you can find a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment and also with all the cooking accessories.

A water kettle and an espresso machine are also available, as well as a selection of teas and herbal teas.

There is a dining table and a comfortable sofa, convertible into a bed as needed.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large walk-in closet.

In the bathroom there is a comfortable shower with crystal box, sanitary ware and a vanity with mirror.

There is a wi-fi connection and a smart TV.
The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning.

The housing unit is arranged for occupancy by a maximum of four people.
