Roseus is our three-room apartment: it is located on the third and last floor. Its particularity, in addition to the brightness, are the exposed beams.
It is composed of a large living area with sofa bed, kitchen and dining table.

There is also a double bedroom and a bedroom with a French bed, both equipped with wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all the accessories for the preparation and consumption of meals.
There is also a kettle and an espresso machine, as well as a selection of teas and herbal teas.

There is a wi-fi connection and a smart TV.
The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning.

The housing unit is prepared for occupation by five people.
